Happy Turtle Pink Dog Dress, 4 Piece Set

This dress is so sweet! It is made is with a bubble gum colored polka dot pink fabric. The contrasting fabric is white with dark pink dots on it. There is a beautiful scroll heart embroidered on the top portion of the dress. The dress has a double ruffle skirt with rick-rack trim. There is an adorable Happy Turtle holding a flower embroidered on the bottom of the skirt. Too cute! There is also a D-ring for easy leash access. The harness has snaps underneath the chest area. The set comes with harness dress; matching flip front hat and leash. It also comes with a darling pair of matching panties.
